Our Policy
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be
paid on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations
If a cancellation or rescheduling is done less then 24 hours before the
appointment the deposit will be lost.
Lateness
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment
will be cancelled, and a deposit will still be charged.
Infills only apply for up to 3 weeks after the full set.
Infills
Any issues with the treatment must be raised within the first 3 days of when
the procedure was carried out in order for a solution to be demonstrated.
Complaints
Out of hour appointments
Appointment from 6 pm Monday – Thursday cost an additional £10.
Appointments from 5 pm Friday – Sunday cost an additional £15.
Appointment etiquette
Please make sure to come to your appointment with clean eyelashes;
no makeup/ oils and creams.
No additional guests
1973 studios can not carry out treatment on pregnant clients
Pregnancy
By booking with 1973 studios you agree to all policies and agree to allow your therapist to perform the procedure discussed. 1973 studios will not be liable for any adverse reaction.
